Polyethylene wax

Polyethylene Wax, also known as PE Wax, is an ultra-low molecular weight polyethylene consisting of ethylene monomer chains. PE wax has a large variety of uses and applications. PE Wax is available from on-purpose production and as a byproduct of polyethylene production. This material is available in both HDPE and LDPE forms.

Properties

Polyethylene wax is a colorless, colorless, clear, crystalline solid. Heavy wax polyethylene has a linear structure and is produced with low and medium pressure.

Application

Pitaris PE WAX is polyethylene homopolymer wax, an excellent and consistent ingredient for end formulations to improve product physical appearance and thermal properties for a broad range of industries, including hot melt adhesives, color masterbatches, rubber, thermoplastics road markings, lubricating properties molten metal, and the surface lubricates the surface between the metal and PVC, and also has a special effect on the gloss of the product.
